Electrician needed half of the house no power supply

Power went out in half of the house last night. Lights are still on, however 80% of the power sockets aren't working inside the house. One of the switches in the fuse box is turned off. I'm not able to switch it back on. We have got a small room with 4 dimmable ceiling LED lights. 2 out of 4 lights have stopped working. 1 of the 2 lights which don't work turns ON by itself randomly but it doesn't switch ON most of the times.
